Ember Home Helpers PA Service is a care agency that helps support you with experienced carers tailored to your individual needs. We give families choice and control over who cares for their loved ones, allowing vulnerable people to stay in their own homes for longer whilst ensuring their carers are better rewarded for the care they provide. We provide trusted and affordable care and support by matching you or your loved ones with a handpicked carer near you, removing the complexity and reducing the cost of arranging home care.

All Carers are self-employed, so each carer can determine his or her hourly rates, terms of engagement, bookings, schedules, responsibility for delivery of tasks, transportation, training, holidays and tax affairs.

Although Ember Home Helpers carers conduct personal care for many clients, Ember Home Helpers is defined as an introductory agency by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and is not required to register.

As a result of this, we are unable to make changes to a care plan, to recommend the increased frequency of visits or to take responsibility for replacing a care worker for personal care assignments. We are also unable to direct changes to the activity of the carer in relation to Personal Care & Hygiene work. All Ember Home Helpers carers are self-employed and are therefore not required to be registered with CQC.
