Jordan Sears

Jordan is the Managing Director of Ember Home Helpers. With a passion for helping people, Jordan founded Ember Home Helpers in 2026, having identified a gap in the market for providing home help services to the elderly and disabled adults, who were still living independently and needed a helping hand.

Jordan has many years experience working in Social Care, and within many different areas from Supported Living, Day Services, Domiciliary Care and Residential Care.

Jordan has been managing person-centred, caring and compassionate services for many years, which has now led him to start his own company to help everyone.

The name “Ember Home Helpers” is named after his daughter Ember-Mae.
